CALL FOR DESIGNERS
Are you a final year student studying fashion/ textile design or have graduated within the last seven years? You are eligible to enter the iD International Emerging Designer Awards 2027, in partnership with the Otago Polytechnic.
The iD Awards was launched in 2005 and now attracts designers from all over the world, as finalists travel to Dunedin, New Zealand, with the opportunity to learn, collaborate and connect during the iD Dunedin Fashion Week. The iD Awards enables the future of sustainable fashion design to be showcased to fellow emerging designers, the jury of fashion professionals and a wider public audience.
Are you a Dunedin based designer (or have a Dunedin connection) and are producing directional, commercial and sustainable adult fashion? You are eligible to enter the iD Dunedin Fashion Show 2027.
There are a number of options to participate with designers showcasing between 5 – 10 outfits in the iD Show to take place on Friday 19 and Saturday 20 March at the Dunedin Railway Station.
As a priority diversity and size inclusivity will be celebrated for 2027.
For over 20 years, iD has championed emerging designers from around the globe, launching careers, building connections, and shaping the future of fashion through the iD International Emerging Designer Awards.
Enter the 2027 Awards
iD welcomes applications from a diverse range of designers / brands with an Ōtepoti connection. A Dunedin connection extends to designers who have studied in Dunedin, have lived here previously or have a retail store or stockist in the city.
